1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months as proof of address.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face to confirm you are the legitimate owner of the identity document.

Providing false, fraudulent, or altered identity documents is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and applicable law. Any Player found to have submitted false documentation, misrepresented their age, or used another person's identity will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with apk66d. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. We employ advanced detection systems including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and behavioral analysis to identify duplicate accounts. Players found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited without refund.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account with apk66d, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must create a secure password meeting our minimum security requirements (at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

4.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify apk66d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notice suspicious activity, or believe your password has been compromised.

apk66d will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, your disclosure of login credentials to third parties, or your use of weak or compromised passwords.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

apk66d supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB on weekdays, 08:00 - 16:00 WIB on weekends).

You must deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment methods (accounts belonging to friends, family members, or other individuals) are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded (minus processing fees), and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

All deposits are final. You may not reverse, cancel, or chargeback a deposit once it has been credited to your apk66d account balance. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without valid reason is considered fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, you must first complete the KYC verification process described in Section 3.2. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your verified identity documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per single transaction is Rp 100.000.000.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB on weekdays). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while we conduct security checks and verify your identity documents.

apk66d reserves the right to request additional verification documents, conduct security checks, or temporarily delay withdrawal processing if we detect suspicious activity, potential fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms & Conditions violations. We may also require Players to complete additional authentication steps (such as video verification calls) for large withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

apk66d maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures in compliance with international financial standards. You must wager (bet) deposited funds at least one (1) time before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1.000.000, you must place at least Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before you can withdraw any portion of that deposit. This requirement applies separately to each deposit.

Deposits and immediate withdrawal requests without wagering activity will be flagged as potential money laundering and may result in account suspension, withdrawal denial, and mandatory AML reporting to financial authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Bonus Practices

The following practices are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other IP masking tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Placing low-risk bets (such as betting on both red and black in roulette, or backing all outcomes in a match) solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share bonus funds.
• Depositing the minimum amount to claim a bonus and immediately requesting withdrawal after clearing wagering requirements without engaging in regular gameplay.

apk66d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, and all decisions regarding bonus eligibility and abuse investigations are final and non-appealable.

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Once forfeited, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be removed from your account balance. Only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be retained. Bonus forfeiture is irreversible.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

You agree that game malfunctions void all pays and plays.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the apk66d platform:

• Creating accounts or placing bets on behalf of minors (individuals under 21 years of age).
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or underlying technology.

• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the Platform.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

9.3 Third-Party Services

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting apk66d customer support. Upon closure, your remaining account balance (excluding any active bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Account closure is irreversible, and you may not reopen a closed account.

10.2 Termination by apk66d

apk66d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
• We detect multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
• You initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without valid reason.
• Your account is used for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

In the event of account closure for Terms & Conditions violations, apk66d reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. This forfeiture may be necessary to offset damages, reclaim fraudulently obtained funds, or comply with legal obligations.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination (whether initiated by you or apk66d), you agree to:

• Immediately cease all use of the Platform and delete any downloaded software or mobile applications.
• Not attempt to create a new account without apk66d's express written permission.
• Forfeit any pending bonuses, promotional credits, or loyalty points.
• Acknowledge that all provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall remain in full effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk66d operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
